Post #9 Justin Sam

Describe your experience of forming the team. 
I was new and therefore I was not part of the original team. I had just dropped in at 2nd semester and that due to my social interaction ability, I was made the customer specialist.


How did you determine who will do what?
Anthony was the leader in this. He researched everyone's talents and assigned the positions. 


How was the role decided?  Did you have problems with the assignment of the role?
I became the customer relations specialist due to my ability to socialize and help conflicts rather easily


How did you communicate with each other? During class, by email? Collaboratively or individually?
We communicated in all forms ranging from emails all the way to face to face conversation. We worked as a team and naturally succeeded as a team.


Did you have problems with communication?
Not to my knowledge.


Did you have quality control?  Did your Creative Director overlook the quality of everyone's work?
Yes, our creative director reviewed our work as well as the rest of out group.


With the clients, did you find your own and did our own work or work collaboratively on each project?  If so, describe your roles?
As I far as I know, we worked together on most if not all projects


As a team, were you able to meet the satisfaction of your clients by providing professional customer service, quality work and meeting the deadlines?  Please share any positive or negative experience and how as a team, you resolve these issues? Yes our clients became very pleased with our works.


Overall, how well did you work with your team? 
We worked very well with small bumps here and there.


What have you learned? Did you have any regrets?  What would you do differently?
We have learned that through teamwork, we can accomplish most anything. I would not regret or do anything differently.


Rate your overall experience working with your team.   
I would rate it 8/8, because it was great mate.
