Describe your experience of forming the team.

Initially it was just Anthony, Alan, and I. Then Ryan and Justin joined in second semester and we worked together.

How did you determine who will do what?

We gave each other jobs we were specifically good in. Ryan was Design Director. Justin was the Customer Relationships.

How was the role decided? Did you have problems with the assignment of the role?

It was based off of our abilities and motivation.

How did you communicate with each other? During class, by email? Collaboratively or individually?

We communicated during class both collaboratively and individually.

Did you have problems with communication?

Not so much. We are good friends and we have access to each other since we see each other almost every day.

Did you have quality control? Did your Creative Director overlook the quality of everyone's work?

Our Creative Director told us what needed to be changed and what could stay.

With the clients, did you find your own and did our own work or work collaboratively on each project? If so, describe your roles?

We worked as a team to finish the client projects, but most of the time we did individual projects.

As a team, were you able to meet the satisfaction of your clients by providing professional customer service, quality work and meeting the deadlines? Pleas share any positive or negative experience and how as a team, you resolve these issues?

We thought we did the client projects right, but in the end we did them wrong and had to correct ourselves.

Overall, how did you work with your team?

We all had a good time and it was pretty fun.

What have you learned? Did you have any regrets? What would you do differently?

I learned that we need to pay more attention to the directions and don't have much regrets.

Rate your overall experience working with your team.

I rate my experience 8/10. There should just be the client projects and no other mini projects in between because everything would be all over the place. The project should've had our mind focused on it and nothing else. With that said, the deadlines should be earlier.
