  1. Who was your client?
    1. Aaron Ly’s parents, Joanne and Leng Ly
  2. How did you get your job?
    1. Aaron suggested his parents as clients
  3. Did you deal with the client directly?
    1. Yes, Aaron had a few conversations with them regarding the project
  4. Was there some sort of compensation?
    1. Yes, we are being payed with CSL hours.
  5. What was your role?
    1. I was the customer relations specialist and i assisted my team in making the website
  6. Did you act professionally?
    1. Yes both parties acted in a mature and professional manner
  7. Did your client act professionally?
    1. Our clients were very professional and polite throughout the project
  8. Describe the work you did.
    1. I assisted in the creation of the website as well as advertisement
  9. Describe your creative process.
    1. I did this job due to my ability to converse and help people with ease
  10. How often did you communicate with your client?
    1. We didn't, however Aaron conversed with them a few times
  11. Did you have regular meetings to look over proofs or progress of work?
    1. Aaron occasionally checked in with them to view the progression.
  12. Were you able to meet the deadline?
    1. Yes, we were able to finish the project in timely manner
  13. What was the feedback from your client?
    1. They appreciated the work and were happy overall
  14. Did your client require changes?
    1. As far as I can recall, there was no request to change the project
  15. What was your favorite part working with the client?
    1. Viewing the instructions and working on the website
  16. What was your least favorite part working with the client?
    1. Creating the advertisements were quite hectic
  17. Would you do anything differently?
    1. I would work more proficiently on the advertisements
  18. What did you learn from this experience?
    1. A great attitude goes a long way but great advertisements go an even longer way!
