Initially, the team comprised of Alan, Aaron, and me. However, Justin and Ryan trickled in as time progressed.
How did you determine who will do what?
We allotted the most tedious work to the one with the most skill, Ryan, and everything else was given on a first come first serve basis.
How was the role decided? Did you have problems with the assignment of the role?
It was based off of our abilities and motivation.
How did you communicate with each other? During class, by email? Collaboratively or individually?
We communicated during class both collaboratively and individually.
Did you have problems with communication?
Not too much, there were kinks when some of us were absent but they would not adversely affect things as anything could be done at a later date.
Did you have quality control? Did your Creative Director overlook the quality of everyone's work?
Each client project was different and the primary would take control of the situation and allot jobs depending on availability. The efficiency of each project was effectively determined by the primary that would allot the jobs.
With
the clients, did you find your own and did our own work or work
collaboratively on each project? If so, describe your roles?
We worked together as a team to complete our goals.
As
a team, were you able to meet the satisfaction of your clients by
providing professional customer service, quality work and meeting the
deadlines? Pleas share any positive or negative experience and how as a
team, you resolve these issues?
No. We can know that, secretly, our projects are piss-poor creations that anyone with half a brain could make. Even our most skilled designer would not compare to a real graphic designer. We had neither the time nor the technical know how to create anything worth being paid for or displayed on someone's website.
Overall, how did you work with your team?
We worked well together since we had a good understanding of each others downfalls and strengths.
What have you learned? Did you have any regrets? What would you do differently?
I learned that you need excessive time to create any image worth being distributed. We also need to be wary of copyright infringement since many of the images could be considered such.
Rate your overall experience working with your team.
I rate my experience as an 8/10 since we collaborated efficiently with our only downfall being absolutely no real skill in professionalism. We were merely boys playing at being adults in the graphic design industry and any payed graphic designer would scoff at our pathetic efforts.
